I’m a 33 year old contractor division 5 metals and ornamental metal residential and commercial construction we (H&M Welding LLC) mainly specialize is steel erecting and fabrication with a wide array of other caveats  industry wise I’ve been welding and fabricating for 11years and multiple industries mastering multiple processes and procedures I’ve taught the trade 5 years and hold NCCER certifications I’ve been and business full time and found a level of success through attention to detail and a well rounded knowledge of the industry on a technical and business level and have managed projects big and small 3million being the biggest commercial project my team has been involved with.
